This tea is better neat. I am not a fan of herbal teas and this is more like an herbal tea than other greens in my opinion. The lingonberry gives a great sour note with a long, astringent finish. It has a nice balance of sweet and sour. I could see sipping this as an iced summer tea more than drinking it as a winter hot tea but that's my personal preference. With cream the berry note is muted into almost a smooth rolling texture.

I was looking forward to the Ambessa teas- I purchased the Lingonberry Green and Safari Breakfast sachets. The lingonberry has nothing to offer- it is like drinking hot water. I am so disappointed. I was expecting more considering great Chef Samuelsson has his name associated with this tea. I would not buy it again. I have yet to taste the safari.
