I encountered this tea while having high tea a number of years ago. I have become absolutely addicted to it!! No other tea has come close to this flavor.

I have been buying Harney & sons teas for years, & when I tried the Black Current I fell in love. The best flavored tea I ever had, 2nd to the pomegranate oolong. I would like to see John blend a little sage to this tea.

My wife and I first tried this tea on a short vacation at Two Meeting Street Inn in Charleston, South Carolina. It is simply the most delicious, and refreshing tea we have ever tasted. We've had it hot and iced, and love it both ways. Try it!

Simply put, it is the best! I was so disappointed B&N/Starbucks stop selling this particular blend. Even though I have fallen for the African Autumn, nothing beats Black Currant.

To begin, this tea is absolutely amazing! This tea is excellent for the price, I have had at least one cup a day for weeks, and I still have half the tin left. This tea has a rather full and delicious flavor. It leaves a sweet aftertaste with a hint of berries. I have never felt a cup of tea go down my throat so smoothly. 10 stars, I definitely look forward to buying more Harney products soon

I tried this tea at a local coffee shop. I loved it! The black currant reminds me of the trip to England I took in college. If you like black currant you will not be disappointed.

I ran into this tea flavor at a conference in DC a few years back. Love and first wiff! Then a little tea shop downtown opened up - carrying Harney & Sons Black Currant tea loose leaf. I fell in love again and now drink tea pots of this tea. The tea shop no longer carries this fantastic flavor, so I order it frequently from this website. A very special comforting aromatic tea.

I have tried twenty+ blends of Black Currant tea and this one is so far superior it is a class by itself. Very fruity and sweet, with a wonderful full aroma. This is not only my favorite black currant tea, it is my favorite of any tea. Well worth a try if you havent had it before.

I love this one hot. The currant translates more to a very present berry note than anything else. What I love, even more, is this one iced. The berry notes just sing, along with the rich tea base to make a very refreshing glass of iced tea.

This is the first time I have tried the Blcak Currant tea--let me tell you I have not had any other tea taste this great--It has spoiled me for any other teas. Can not wait to buy more!!!!

Subtler than you might expect based on the description. Fruity. Good as a black tea.
