Morning teas on tap 6/19

June 19, 2012

Good morning!!! This morning we are featuring:

Taiping Houkui is a green tea that is made in the Yellow Mountains of the Anhui Province of China, using a unique process that stretches the big leaves out. It is medium bodied with a vegetal flavor that is more intense than some of our other green teas.

Stanley’s Blend is a blend of Assam and Darjeeling black tea, made in honor of John Harney’s mentor, Stanley Mason.

“Before learning from Stanley Mason, tea was just a nice drink. He showed me how to make great teas and also taught me the traditions of tea. What he gave to me, I passed on down to my sons. Please enjoy this simple blend of Assam and Darjeeling.” – John Harney
