This weekend we will be featuring:
Satishpur Assam is a rarely seen Assam. The majority of the production makes its way to Japan. This Assam is available in both chunky and broken leaf, the chunky being a bit less intense than the broken version. You will get some wonderful deep honey and malty flavors with this brew, and notice quite easily in the chunky the fact that this is a “clonal” variety.
Rooibos chai is our herbal chai selection. This infusion uses a caffeine free rooibos base, with the addition of coriander seed, fennel seed, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom. This delicious combination is sure to leave you wishing the glass never ended.
Jungpana 2nd Flush Darjeeling was one of the best 2nd flushes of the Darjeeling season. This is a traditional, or, “vintage” style darjeeling. As you sip Jungpana you will see the wonderful mix of good body, and fruity muscatel flavors that make this tea so desirable.
Ambessa Choco Nut Blend is from the line we created with Marcus Samuelsson. Perfect for an after dinner, or anytime, indulgence. You will taste delicious undertones of smooth dark chocolate, peanuts, and caramel in this satisfying black tea blend.
