Our Review
Ming Tsai and Mike met back before Ming was famous. So later on, when Ming opened Blue Ginger in Wellesy, Mass, he asked Mike to do this tea. With the sweetness of the Lychee and the spice of ginger, it is a great mixture. Enjoy it hot or chill it to make a great iced tea.

Could be more gingery
Average Review:

The black tea in this blend was more mild-medium than expected. The flavors came across with more mineral and roasted flavors like an oolong instead of a dark black. However, the interaction of the ginger made it taste more medicinal, something you would drink for the effect and not the taste. I rarely take sweeteners in my tea, but this works better sweetened and iced.

My New Favorite Tea!
Average Review:

I have to admit - I never thought anything would take the place of "Paris" as my favorite tea but Blue Ginger just did it! What a wonderfully aromatic, smooth, full-bodied tea.
