MY ACCOUNT
The account feature is entirely optional. You do not need to log into an account to place an order on our website. Some customers like to save their shipping info... others do not. It is entirely up to you.
POINTS REWARDS
It's easy to earn points with Harney & Sons. For every $100 you spend with us, you earn a point. Each point is worth $5.00 off your next order. This is actually retroactive, and you've been earning points since July 15, 2009.
How does one redeem points?
To earn points on our website, you must be logged into your account. When you log in, the number of points you have available will be shown directly below your name. Points are accumulated, and have been accumulated, based on orders placed since July 15, 2009.
To redeem your points, simply log into your account before proceeding to check out.
On the final page of checkout, where you would normally see the Credit Card payment tab, you will see an additional tab which says: Redeem Points. Click on this tab, and it will automatically tell you how many points you have available.
HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT?
We updated our website in July of 2009. If you are unable to recover your password, that probably means that the last time you ordered online with us was before July 2009. You will then need to set up a new account. You can set up a new account by going to the Registration Page , or you can simply enter a password during checkout, thereby setting up a new account. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
