Liquor Pale orange.

Fenghuang Shuixian

A high point of Mike’s trips to China is visiting the artisans high above the city of Fenghuang. He enjoys seeing how they transform the big leaves into twists of brown with hints of russet. Even more, he loves drinking this tea because of its intense peach flavor and a touch of spice.

Gypsy Rose Lee had good taste...she loved Oolong tea.
Average Review:

I've been a "loose" tea drinker since purchasing my first loose teas in the late 1970s. My experience and purchase of loose tea has expanded in the same way one experiences and learns about and appreciates wine. One's taste and palate often evolves and becomes more sophisticated and knowledgeable. Although I favor black tea (as I favor red wines), I drink all kinds of teas (and all kinds of wines) from all over the world, A few years ago I experienced wonderful teas from the Azores. I have yet to try domestic tea from South Carolina. Like the late Gypsy Rose Lee, one of my favorite teas is Oolong, especially those with wonderful peachy, apricot and chestnut nuances. I buy my teas from a number of purveyors. Harney's is at the top of my list and on a very recent order, I spied this Oolong and decided I must try it. I just made it this evening and it was everything that I love in an Oolong. Yes, it is not inexpensive but like taking a splurge and buying a bottle of Amarone, I decided to splurge and buy a tin. I can't wait to brew another pot!

Delicious
Average Review:

Floral, fragrant, and a delight to drink. I was gifted this tea and loved it so much I decided to come on the site to check it out, I didn't realize it was so expensive but for the quality, well worth it.
