I was pleasantly surprised with this tea. Its very light and floral. I was not, however, able to get the same rich blue color that appears in the picture, which is quite disappointing.

Over-steeping, by the way, is a very bad idea. It will make the brew incredibly bitter.

In my quest to find more floral flavors I gave this a try. I have brewed it half strength so far and it's been great. I am a little concerned full strength will be a little overwhelming for me. I typically get a very light blue color, nothing like the picture. If you like other floral flavors, I would give this a shot.

I tried this out of curiosity because I love lavender. I was surprised by how relaxing the flavor is and wish I had purchased more.

I'm sorry... I love lavender but this was terrible! The color of the brew looked nothing like pictured on the website and was more of the blackish blue. The flavor was worse! Like a cough medicine on steroids! BITTER! Oh my gosh. Just nothing that I expected in any way. Not even palatable. I had to chuck it. If I were to order this again it would be solely for cooking and NOT for drinking. Lavender encrusted ham… yes. Lavender butter cream frosting… most assuredly. Tea… Pass.

I was very surprised how much I enjoyed this tea. And I love the fact that it is caffeine free. If you like Yellow & Blue, you must try this tea (and vice versa).

This tea is like drinking pure lavender flowers! It's light and refreshing; a must taste for lavender lovers.

You will only enjoy this tea if you love lavender ... you open up the tin and the tea is exclusively lavender flowers. The scent is beautiful, soothing and strong. Perfect with a little honey, though it is sweet enough on its own, too.
