About Ginger's Oolong

Dry Leaves	Dark brown leaves.
Liquor	The ginger in this tea makes the liquor slightly darker, a medium brown.
Aroma	The oolong provides the dark peach notes and the ginger gives spicy aromas.

Body	The oolong is medium bodied.
Flavors	The subtle flavors of peaches and toasted nuts are nicely contrasted by the ginger.

Our Review

This is an old blend done over ten years ago. Our Peaches & Ginger is a popular black tea blend. So we thought, "Formosa Oolong has peach notes, lets add some ginger root." Thus Ginger's oolong was born.

Classic "Home Remedy"

My wife and I both grew up in homes where ginger and tea were popular home remedies for stomach problems and other minor ailments. Unfortunately, our mothers didn't have but "store bought" tea available then, noting superior like a decent Oolong.

Ginger's Oolong is great when everything in the body is operating optimally, too. Frequently we make an entire pot when just relaxing with a game of of Cribbage.

Soothing - Especially When You're Sick

This is a nice light tea. I add a small spoonful of ginger syrup when I'm feeling under the weather, and it's very comforting.
