Our Review
To help you make the delightful Indian beverage of Chai, we created this Indian Spice. It is strong and definitely spicy, although we do not add the peppers found in many Indian Chai recipes. Just add the milk and sugar you think is correct. It may also be drunk on its own.

The best blend out there!
Average Review:

This Indian Spice creates the perfect cup of chai. Blending the spices and the tea can be very time consuming, but with this blend I don't have to go through the hassle, and still get an amazing cup of chai.
Guests love it and I serve it after every dinner party.

Perfect balance of flavor
Average Review:

I boiled the tea for 5 minutes and added my own amount of milk and sugar to taste. It was absolutely delightfully balanced. Lots of rich flavor without being too peppery or too bland. When boiled it must release a ton of caffeine because I felt like I had just had 2 cups of very strong coffee afterwards!

Lovely
Average Review:

For a few years now I've made my chai from scratch. I would grind up my own cardamom pods, boil the spices in milk for the right amount of time, and taste it a million times to get the perfect brew. I took one sip of this Indian Spice tea and was overjoyed at how it tastes just like my original hand-made chai taught to me by a little old Indian woman. I had a smile all day on my face and ordered more immediately. I will always love the slow process of home-made chai but having the same quality ready to brew is lovely.

I knew this was great tea when I caught myself daydreaming about the next cup before I was halfway finished with the first cup!

Yum!
Average Review:

Just brewed my first cup. I added milk and sugar and have the PERFECT chai latte. This tea is delicious! I don't like the strong smell of the dry tea, but once brewed it is awesome.

Good tea with a hint of spice
Average Review:

This tea has a delicious aroma that immediately reminded me of pumpkin pie. The taste is mostly Assam with just a hint of spice. I’m actually surprised a how subtle the spice taste is. Sugar doesn’t seem to change much and actually brings out more of the dryness. A little cream helps the spices come out somewhat; it’s still very subtle but it is a good cup of tea. I’m not sure it’s spiced enough for those seeking a truly spiced tea, but for those seeking a tea with a hint of spice it seems ideal.
