We ship out packages as fast as possible, once your order is placed you may not be able to cancel or change the order. It may take up to two business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships. Packages shipped via USPS may be delayed in-house an extra day or two. Please note we ship orders out on business days only. |

Canadian Shipping
Processing times and shipping times for Canadian orders are longer than for domestic orders.
Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS. At this time we cannot ship Canadian orders to PO Boxes. If you include an email address, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking information for your order. An estimated scheduled delivery date will appear on this email, this date is subject to change depending on circumstances out of the control of UPS. Our website will determine your order's shipping cost. The shipping cost is based on the merchandise total in your shopping cart at the time your order is placed. The flat rate to Canada starts at $15, there will be an additional $5 fee for every $50 in merchandise purchased. The following is an example of the shipping rates.

International Shipping
Processing times and shipping times for international orders are longer than for domestic orders.
International customers (those outside the U.S.) must choose "international" as a shipping method. The shipping cost shown is the actual charge for shipping. Please keep in mind that after the package leaves the US, the local carrier may not scan the packages.
Please be advised that international orders can be quite costly to ship and may incur customs charges upon delivery. Check with your local carrier for information on customs charges.

Personalized Wedding Tagalongs
Please allow one week for shipment of the personalized wedding tagalongs. We may get them to you faster than that, but we can't guarantee this, and that is why we request a one week lead time. The entire order will ship once the tagalongs are ready. We have updated our photo per customer suggestion and the tins will come with the font as shown in the photo. Please write what you would like to say in the comment section of your order.

My Account Feature
You do not have to set-up or log in to an account to place an order on our website. You can simply place items in the shopping cart and checkout as a guest entering your billing and shipping information as you go. We have set up the "My account" feature for those customers who wish to retain multiple shipping addresses online or have easy access to track an order.

Returns
At Harney and Sons it is our main priority to make our customers happy, if you are not we will make every effort to ensure that you are. Please contact us with any questions or problems. We will help organize any returns.
If you are returning a package for credit, it is helpful for us to have your original order number written on the outside and inside of the box. If that is not possible, please make sure to include a note with your name, address, and phone number so we can process a credit.
If you are returning a non-food item it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Items returned after one month may not be eligible for a refund. If the item is being exchanged the new item shipped will be subject to a shipping charge of $5.50.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $5.50 reshipment fee.
If the package is refused by recipient there will be a $6.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
