International Shipping:
Processing times and shipping times for international orders are much longer than for domestic orders.
At this time, orders shipping to Canada and all other International locations are not guaranteed for arrival by Mother's Day (May 13th).
International customers (those outside the U.S. and Canada) must choose "international" as a shipping method. You will be shown an estimated cost of shipping. We must pack and weigh an order to determine actual shipping cost. If the shipping cost is less than what you have been quoted in your online order, we will charge the lesser amount and ship out your order. If the actual ship charge is more than is quoted, we will contact you by email to obtain your approval of the shipping charges. Our email will come from international@harneyteas.com Please add that address to your contacts so that the email does not end up in your spam folder.
Please be advised that large international orders can be quite costly to ship, and may incur customs charges upon delivery. Check with your local post office for information on customs charges.

Canadian Shipping
At this time, orders shipping to Canada and all other International locations are not guaranteed for arrival by Mother's Day (May 13th).

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS. Our website will determine your order's shipping cost. The shipping cost is based on the merchandise total in your shopping cart at the time your order is placed. The flat rate to Canada starts at $15, there will be an additional $5 fee for every $50 in merchandise purchased. The following is an example of shipping rates.
