Tower of London

Chinese black teas are stirred with pieces of dried stone fruit, then finished with oil of bergamot and honey flavor. This blend is reminiscent of Elizabethan preserves, flavorful and tempting.

Our Review
Few buildings have the history of the Tower of London. First it was a fort. Then it became the royal prison, so there were some unhappy endings here. It has even stored the Crown Jewels. So when we were commissioned by the Historic Royal Palaces to do a tea in honor of it, we took it seriously (who wants to do time there?) The color of the tin is inspired by amethyst.

I bought this tea at the Tower of London gift shop and fell in love. I live in NJ. I got so sad when I thought I couldnt get it again. I made my brother buy it when he went to london later. But now its online and I'm in heaven. Best tea ever!

Smooth and flavorful
Average Review:

For the past nine years, my favorite has been F&M's Royal Blend, but now unobtainable unless a trip to London, which sent me looking for an alternative. The Tower of London is exquisitely smooth and flavorful, and is my new favorite- and - it is readily available!!! I have a dozen Harney & Son teas now and love them all.

Delicious on this hot summer day!
Average Review:

This tea was a surprise gift from my husband. I usually add sugar to my tea, but drank this one straight since I was having tea with a friend who never adds it. It was DELICIOUS! I detected no briskness, just silky smooth flavor, mild but not wimpy! Must have more. Wish we could buy refills for our tins instead of having to get a whole new tin. : I think it would probably be great iced as well.

Smooth and aromatic
Average Review:

I love this tea; the description does it no justice. It's so fragrant--more like vanilla caramel than honey--but the flavor is pure smooth, mellow black tea. It's rather brisk; tastes nice with milk. My taste in tea is only for full-bodied black tea; I dislike flavored teas. I bought this on a whim, and am so glad I did. You won't believe the wonderful smell of this tea!
