The Indians combined their love of strong tea, spices, sweets, and milk into chai. We adjusted this popular beverage by substituting caffeine-free rooibos for black tea.

Really nice chai flavor without being heavy. Nice afternoon tea to read a book with.

Weak Chai
Average Review:

I am a avid tea drinker and this tea was a big disappointment. It is weak in flavor and lacks the boldness of a chai. Less expensive supermarket brand chai teas are better.

Spicy Rooibos Chai
Average Review:

This tea in not one of my favorites. It smells a little too much like the liniment I rub on sore muscles. Fortunately the taste is much more subtle than the aroma. I should have tried a sampler first.

Not a chai drinker
Average Review:

I found the first review here interesting because I am not a chai lover or a spice lover in drinks but adore this blend. I add honey and a dash of milk - its delicious. If I don't finish my cup - which is rare, I throw in a few ice cubes and drink the rest over the course of the morning. Surprisingly refreshing. The aroma is wonderful - its one of those teas that's a delight to make AND drink.

Best Herbal Tea
Average Review:

I got a gift box of Tea sachets and this tea was one of the select sachets I've tried and now its my favorite herbal tea. I bought a 4 oz. tin of it, but I'm going through it too fast. It's perfect with toast and the Blackberry preserves you can get here.

An odd blend
Average Review:

I like chai. I like rooibos. Naturally, I thought rooibos chai would be doubly delicious. However, the subtle sweetness of the rooibos and the spice of the chai clashed oddly. I've tried a lot of Harney blends and almost all are excellent and unique; however, this blend might be too unique for my liking. If you're looking for a great spicy-sweet tea, I'd recommend the Hot Cinnamon Spice flavored black tea.
