Wuyi Cassia

This is another dark oolong from the Wuyi Mountain area in the Fujian Province of China. The large twisted leaves are finished over charcoal in the traditional manner. The aroma is one of grilled stone fruit.

Our Review

Another twisted oolong from the Wuyi San in NW Fujian Province. Although it is done in the traditional style of more oxidation and charcoal finishing, the fruit notes come through clearly.
