The base of African Autumn, our popular herbal blend, is rooibos – a legume also known as 'red bush' native to South Africa. Rooibos is oxidized, which changes the color to red, and when brewed, it looks similar to the red of "black" tea. Loaded with antioxidants, fans love the brightness of the rooibos accented by cranberry and citrus. Kosher.

Yuck
Average Review:

I ended up with a bad taste in my mouth all afternoon.
The orange and cranberry smelled really nice in the brewed leaves, but totally overpowered by the rooibos in the flavor.

Very nice tea for fall!
Average Review:

I bought some of this for a nice tea to drink in the fall. It is very, very nice. The cranberry and orange notes are perfect! It is a light tea that has a crisp citrus flavor. This is a tea my guests always ask if I have in stock in the house.

Smooth and soothing
Average Review:

I'm typically not a rooibos fan. I've tried many types and this is the only one that I really enjoy. It's a very smooth, deep tasting tea that lacks the bitter, fermented flavor that you find in a lot of reds.
