Perfect for those who love the roasted, nutty flavors of Korean buckwheat teas, and equally ideal for someone wanting to explore the world of matcha in a mellow, forgiving way.

Please brew it for 5 minutes with 175º water. The cooler water makes sure matcha does not get too strong., yet you need 5 minutes to get the nutty flavor from the Soba.
