Golden Yinzhen

Yunnan is considered the birthplace of tea.  In fact, they have many different types of tea plants, so lots of biodiversity. This tea is made of big buds that have slightly oxidized into a lovely gold. Since buds are the future for the tea plant, they are loaded with glucose for future energy needs making a tea with sweet, fruit flavors.
