This is a lovely tippy tea that we have not had for a few years. Ying Feng means "silver tip." It is grown in the Le Shan area in northern Sichuan Province.
Ingredients: Green tea.
Dry Leaves: Small green curls with lovely white tips.
Liquor: Pale, pale green.
Aroma: Cooked cucumbers.
Flavors: Sweet and vegetal.
