Formosa Oolong

This is the style of brown oolong that generations of Americans have loved. It is the toasty flavor that many enjoy. Don’t worry about the stems, it is traditionally made this way in Taiwan.

Very nice smooth flavor, I'm drinking it now so I decided to share my review! I love tea, and this one is very nice, I highly recommend. I always take advantage when H&S offers free shipping days, this was one of those purchases. Thank you H&S for offering free shipping when you do!

Very Good Tea
Average Review:

This is a very good "everyday" tea. It tastes like a standard Lipton tea, without the bitterness nor tannic qualities. The color is a dark muddy color. The flavor isn't very bright nor sweet, but earthy. It would take cream and sugar well as it's got a lot of body to it. I only gave it 4 stars because I tried some Da Hong Pao and Fenghuang Shuixian before this and those two blew me away with their fruity noses. I didn't get any of the fruitiness in this tea, which is fine for me. The price is right. This is still a very premium tea. It takes several steepings well. If you're looking for a standard bearer to serve on regular occasions, this is the tea. If you want a "special" tea for special guests or occasions, there are better choices.

Delicious
Average Review:

The description of roasted carrots and toasted walnuts is spot-on. The aroma is strongly of nuts. A little lighter in body than I expected, but very smooth and so flavorful that it can almost make you forget to eat supper!
