||We have offered Panyang Congou for many years. This years version is not quite as straight, and not quite as shiny, meaning less time in the final drying roller. This also allows the honey and and toast notes to be more pronounced and brighter. So a fair trade off! Mike still fondly remembers visiting the ancient tea town of Panyang, with the steep tea covered hills, traditional tea factories and the old covered bridge. He made the trip because of his love of Fujian blacks: Chingwo, Panyang, and ZhengHe.
