This is another dark oolong from the Wuyi Mountain area in the Fujian Province of China. The large twisted leaves are finished over charcoal in the traditional manner. The aroma is one of grilled stone fruit.

||Another twisted oolong from the Wuyi San in NW Fujian Province. Although it is done in the traditional style of more oxidation and charcoal finishing, the fruit notes come through clearly.
||Long dark brown leaves.
||Dark, clear caramel.
||The initial aroma is light charcoal notes, but underneath is sweetness of stone fruits, like grilled peaches.
||A medium to heavy bodied oolong. This tea may be brewed multiple times.
||Like peach compote with a bit of dark molasses, and then some astringency from the charcoal firing.
