We have a soft spot for the Wuyi Mountains up in the corner of the Fujian Province. So many nice memories of trips taken up there. So when this tea was offered, we said yes. It is a black tea made by a tea master high in the hills in the Tongmu Village. The large leaves are slowly oxidized in bamboo baskets creating luscious flavors of orchid and cooked fruit.
