Our Review
Mike has spent many a fine day and a few nights enjoying the charms of Paris. In fact, his wife, Brigitte, is from Paris. So when he got the chance to return the favor, he created this lovely fruity blend. Like the city (and also his wife), it is very complex. However the results are very popular!

Paris

Mike has enjoyed many a pot of tea in the famous Paris tea shops. In homage to the city he has created this blend, reminiscent of one of their most popular blends. It is a fruity black tea with vanilla and caramel flavors, and a hint of lemony Bergamot.

I'm so addicted! Review by Wendy
Average Review:
I first bought a tin of this in San Diego, along with a few others. When I first tried it, I was so pleasantly surprised! Absolutely fell in love with this tea and had to look online to order directly from Harney. I now order 4-5 tins at a time, but they don't last long...maybe a 2-3 weeks, before I have to order more. Thank goodness I was able find it online. An absolute must try!!! (Posted on 7/6/15)

VERY good! Review by Sarah
Average Review:
I have tried a lot of different teas from Harney, but this is probably one of my favorites - Hence the need to write a review. BUY THIS TEA! I got it as a sample and finally tried it, now I am kicking myself for waiting so long. I bought the 1lb loose leaf and I imagine it wont last very long. So good! (Posted on 6/30/15)

Now my Favorite Review by Rosemary
Average Review:
I had finally gotten around to making Paris tea using a sample I had ordered. Wow! The aroma was intoxicating. I could not wait to taste the brewed Paris tea. It was wonderful. The most exciting new tea I have tasted in a long time. I immediately placed an order for the Paris loose tea and sachets. I always want to have it on hand. Its like no tea I have ever tasted before. Suggest everyone at least order a sample and try it. (Posted on 6/23/15)

Best Tea Ever Review by Krissy
Average Review:
I recently got a sample from a local tea festival. I was floored. I have never smelled a tea like this. It is absolutely wonderful just inhaling the aroma. But the taste is what swept me off my feet. It was so smooth and elegant. It's left such and impression, that I'm placing an order right now. It is the most memorable tea that I've had to date. Just lovely. :) (Posted on 6/17/15)

If you dislike due to artificial flavorings, read below Review by Snowdrift
Average Review:
Let me start of by stating that this is a wonderful tea. I've noticed a handful of reviews based on the fact that it has artificial flavorings, and I think that's just silly. There is an array of studies and papers done on artificial flavorings and there is nothing to state that they are in any way harmful of unhealthy. Artificial flavorings are often safer to consume, cheaper to produce, and quality can be controlled in the making of them. For example, natural almond extract has been found to have traces of cyanide in it (if you've ever watched crime shows they'll say that the scene smelled like bitter almonds, hence the connection) whereas artificial almond flavorings has not found any evidence of cyanide due to the fact that they control what they put into it. If you're going to judge something based on a bias, at least do your research. (Posted on 5/22/15)

Beautiful floral and fruity tones! Review by TangoArtist
Average Review:
Perhaps our palate is far too unsophisticated for us to have a valid opinion about a tea but, dammit, this tea has the flavor profile that is perfect for us. We drink tea to relax and de-stress. Bitter, tannic teas are not our thing at all. Give us something that soothes the throat and warms the tummy. THAT'S the one we want.

The aroma is somewhat like basil for us. Basil? you ask. Basil. We have a similar physiological response to Paris (the tea) that we have when inhaling basil -- and rosemary, too, for that matter. That is, we have a deep and profound release of endorphins and oxytocin when inhaling either herb. It's very similar with this tea. We love this tea! So much, that we have raised our rating from 4 stars to 5 stars while writing about it.

So, we say to all you naysayers -- begone! Go find a tea that will curl your toes and leave us to our floral fruitiness. (Posted on 5/19/15)

Perfume overload Review by Sarah
Average Review:
This tea is far too floral and too fruity for me. It's difficult to drink; behind the overwhelming aroma is a bitter taste.

Not a fan. (Posted on 5/18/15)

Way too fruity! Review by LisaAnn
Average Review:
Way too fruity for me. The black currant undertone (and aroma) was off-putting, in much the same way that hazelnut- flavored coffee tastes artificial. Sorry, not for me! (Posted on 4/28/15)

low rating due to artificial flavoring Review by Sheila
Average Review:
I have enjoyed Paris tea often, however, because of the artificial flavoring I will not be drinking this tea any longer. (Posted on 4/25/15)

Back for more! Review by CindyHikes
Average Review:
Paris is slightly fruity and full-bodied without feeling heavy. The one tea I reach for over and over. Perfect alone or with a touch of almond milk. (Posted on 4/25/15)
