Our Review
Elvira Cardenas developed this blend that combines the earthy flavors of caffeine free rooibos with spices of Thailand. A great idea that delivers on its promise!

Thai Rooibos

Thai Rooibos is our spicy blend of caffeine free herbs and spices, including rooibos (of course) with cinnamon, ginger, coconut and lemongrass. This earthy blend is quite lively – highlighting citrus and fruity flavors, with exotic aromas of coconut and ginger.

Not quite flavorful enough Review by Elisabeth
Average Review:
The nose is pretty, but the flavors don't live up to its promise. Finish is oddly sour. It's not spicy enough for my taste, and has no discernible rooibos flavor. Not my favorite Harney blend! (Posted on 4/5/16)

Nice and spicy! Review by Chris
Average Review:
This is a nice tea if you like spicy teas, as I do! it is very refreshing. The only reason this got 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish it had a little more body to it. But it is a very nice tea! (Posted on 10/6/15)

Spicy Review by Joe
Average Review:
My favorite of the herbal blends. I've found a longer brew time increases the intensity without increasing the briskness (as there are no tea leaves) and makes it quite invigorating. My kids love it as a dessert with cream and sugar.

I agree with Dora's review in that the coconut flavor is lessened, but I think this is made up for by the ginger/lemongrass flavor. (Posted on 3/9/14)

Delicious! Review by Elayne39

I ordered a sample of this with my last order as I am trying out decaf teas. This one is at the top of my list! I love the rooibos chai and would put this one above it as far as taste. Wow! (Posted on 3/10/13)

Nice but does not taste like Bangkok green tea Review by Dora
Average Review:
Originally I bought this as a decaf version of Bangkok/Thai green tea. The Thai rooibos is tasty but it is more a cinnamon tea to me. The coconut flavor is completely overpowered, unlike the green tea version. I would like to request a Thai Rooibos without or less cinnamon ;-) (Posted on 1/24/13)

Sweet & Spicy Review by Brenna
Average Review:
This packs a punch of flavor! A great alternative to the more mellow herbals. The cinnamon and ginger give it a great warm spice, much like chai...but even better in my opinion. It's a lovely combination of flavors and is great on its own or with sugar and cream. (Posted on 11/30/12)

Amazing Review by Dianne

From the moment I opened the plastic bag, the aroma was devine. Love the fact that it's herbal & no caffein, so is a great dessert tea also. The aromatic taste & fragrance is more than I expected. (Posted on 9/13/12)

Nice & Spicy! Review by Julie
Average Review:
I was looking for a few decaffeinated teas for late evening drinking and decided to try the new Thai Roobios and I'm so glad I did - it's lovely! It's got a wonderful aroma and the hint of ginger and lemongrass add depth to its spicy taste. If you enjoy chai tea I imagine you might appreciate this distinctive tasting tea as well.
