No tea is grown in the African country of Morocco, yet the national beverage is green tea flavored with peppermint and sweetened with sugar. Over the long summer, the Chinese make tons of gunpowder green tea for export and one of the prime markets is North Africa. Over the years, a symbiotic relationship has been developed. With this tea, we are able to enjoy of the most popular teas in Africa and France.
I received a sample of this tea with my last order, but did not try it until I woke up this morning with a cold - it is wonderful (I am now on my third cup with the single sample sachet). The mint is not overpowering, and the tea is not bitter at all - I will definitely be purchasing this. (Posted on 3/16/14)
The first time I had this tea was at SPA TOCCARE in Atlantic City. I love mint tea and I love green tea and this was the perfect and smoothest combo I have ever had. I frequent the spa and I look forward to my tea and steam room the most. (Posted on 10/31/12)
I am not a green tea fan but received a free sachet with my first order from Harney & Sons and thought I'd give it a shot. It was delicious. The mint flavor was not overpowering and blended well with the green tea. I made several cups from the sachet and each one was excellent. I'm going to buy this! (Posted on 10/14/12)
This the smoothest green tea I have ever purchased. There is NO bitterness whatsoever. The mint is pleasantly and surprisingly refreshing and delicious. I am not usually a fan of mint flavors, but this is the perfect combination. (Posted on 9/10/11)
I have just drunk my first ever Harney & Sons Organic Green Tea with mint at a golf course in the middle of Brittany in France. It is smooth, delicate, thirst quenching and frankly delicious. (Posted on 2/9/10)
