This tea was in the original five teas that made up our Historic Royal Palace tea line. The tin is a lovely blue that is reminiscent of the sapphires found in the Tower of London's Crown Jewels. We blended a special Earl Grey for this occasion. It is stronger in body than the Earl Grey Supreme (a nod to our British cousins' taste for strong teas.) And the lemony bergamot is also stronger than our other Earl Greys.
This is reaaaalllllyyy nice. I've never earl grey tea before. I decided to try this after really liking English breakfast. I can see why people say this is the best earl grey. And it comes in such a pretty tin too! (Posted on 1/1/15)
I recommend this delicious tea to any true tea lover/afficianado. I tried this tea for the first time at Barnes-Noble. I enjoyed it so much that now I am never without it. I order regularly on-line or pop by B-N for a cup. Even carry some in my purse. (Posted on 8/21/11)
I am not too fond of this Earl Grey. To me it does not taste like a stand-out Earl Grey blend and it went flat in the cup rather quickly. Will not buy this again. On the other hand, I love Harney's Winter White Earl Grey. That was a perfect experience. (Posted on 3/14/10)
