This tea brews very light, a green-yellow color that is very clear.

This Ti Quan Yin has good body that is sustained through several brewings.
A joy to drink, it is reminiscent of great Mersault wines. The aroma continues with some floral notes, and the "finish" never ends.

Top Ti Quan Yin is the best tea out northern Fujian Province, so it is always expensive. The aroma and body is what we aim for, and this year’s version has it. It is an intense mixture of butter and honey, even honeysuckle flowers, reminiscent of great Burgundy white wine.
