If Darjeeling is the champagne of tea, then this is definitely the chardonnay of tea. Think of a nicely oaked chardonnay with flowery buttery smoothness. It's wonderful.
This tea is one of the most beautiful teas I have ever had.
I'm completely serious. The smell of the tea is nothing short of stepping outside on the wake of spring and smelling everything come to life. The taste captures this feeling exactly. The first time I brewed this tea I was taken aback by not only how beautiful it smelled, but how wonderfully it delivered on the flavor. Very sweet, elegant, and needs nothing to add to the flavor. This is one of the most amazing teas I have ever had and I will be purchasing again in the future.
Definitely different. When I first tried this I was thrown off by it's uniqueness. It was very subtle in flavor but had a full bodied aroma. Sweet and buttery is how I would describe it. Wish it had more flavor to it though.
