This blend was given to us by one of the leading suppliers of tea to finicky East Frisia, Bernd Wulf, and we dedicate it to his memory. It is a blend of hearty Assam that is lightened by Darjeeling and Ceylon. Try it layered with cream and crystallized sugar.
