I love this with cream and sugar. It's on the sweet side, kind of like a dessert tea -- although I drink it throughout the day. I am not a huge hazelnut fan in general, but in this tea I love it - its just more of a subtle nutty undertone that melds perfectly with the chocolate flavor.

I love this tea it is like having dessert. It is great for people that always need chocolate after meals, like myself.

I like coffee with a flavor and I love Earl Greys but this was too much. But as a desert tea it would be great and it did remind me of Italy.

Florence tea is a beautiful mix of dark chocolate undertones mixed with earthy hazelnut. The chocolate does not overpower the tea at all, just a hint of it. This is my new favorite tea.

The first time i tried this tea , I was with my mother-in-law in a tea room called Tea Time upstate NY , she chose it, and I decided to have it too, good thing for great mom-laws,if it wasn't for her, i would have never had tried it,,I love this tea

Once upon a time, I didn't like hazelnut. I was intrigued by this tea and couldn't imagine chocolate and tea together, so I bought it. At first, the hazelnut put me off, but the more I drank, the more I wanted! It has lovely balance between the flavors, and a little splash of milk really brings the chocolate flavor forward to me. I also add a small amount of sweetener. Ahhhh.

This tea has a nice chocolate flavor to it. You can't let it steep for too long or it will taste bitter.

Florence tea always hits the spot. It's one of the few flavors I don't get sick of.

I'm a black flavored tea drinker and I love things in the caramel and vanilla ranges. If you're the same way, then you'll love Florence. Granted, it's a mix of chocolate and hazelnut, but it's got a kick that the vanilla sometimes lacks.

I was reluctant trying a chcolate flavored tea. However, Harney was absolutely successful in blending black tea with chocolate and subtle spices. The chocolate is more pronounced than I expected, but it works. With a little cream and sugar, it is a perfect drink with dessert. This is great for flavored coffee drinkers.

Brewing this tea reminds me of walking into a Viennese chocolate shop. The taste is more subtle, luckily. This is a most enjoyable tea.

I get up extra early every morning just to have the time to sit and enjoy every sip of this tea. The smell is so wonderful, it's like having aroma therapy. I just wish it would come in sachets too.

I don't like hazelnut flavoring. But I decided to try this tea anyway. I'm so glad I did. I was looking for something to replace my favorite chocolate tea that had been discontinued (not a Harney tea) and this one was a winner. I think I may even like it better than my old favorite. I just ordered a pound of the loose leaf tea and I am eagerly waiting for it to arrive.

Florence has become one of my favorite teas. I enjoy flavored black teas and this is easily enjoyed in the morning or afternoon. It does not need milk or sugar, it stands alone perfectly.
