About Tower of London

Dry Leaves	The Chinese leaves are medium sized and black.
Liquor	The liquor is medium to dark brown.
Aroma	A wonderfully refreshing tea with fruity aromas and vanilla with undertones of honey.
Caffeine Level	Caffeinated
Body	A medium to strong body.
Flavors	This tea is complicated, like the Tower itself. It has flavors similar to Earl Grey, Vanilla and Black Currant, and there is a touch of honey.
Brewing Time	4 to 5 minutes
Brewing Temperature	212° F

Our Review

Few buildings have the history of the Tower of London. First it was a fort. Then it became the royal prison, so there were some unhappy endings here. It has even stored the Crown Jewels. So when we were commissioned by the Historic Royal Palaces to do a tea in honor of it, we took it seriously (who wants to do time there?) The color of the tin is inspired by amethyst.

Lovely

This is my absolute favorite so far. I was never one for flavored teas before I tried this one. The flavors are well balanced and subtle, but overall the tea has a full taste that is very satisfying. It's a tea to savor.

Relaxing indeed!

Brewing is a little too slow, but it worth it! Usually I don't like a taste of honey in my tea, but this blend is really delicate and smoothing. Enjoy!
