And so it begins

I arrived in Shanghai. There is no tea grown here, but I did meet my friend and tea grower: Water. He lives on DongTing Island and makes great Bi Lo Chun. This is an artisan, I have visited him and his family, and they keep up the traditions of great Chinese green tea. Water said the cold weather this year made for one of the best teas in years. Our tea was made March 25th. We will have in a few weeks.
