Returns

At Harney & Sons customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us with any questions or problems. You can reach us by calling 888-427-6398 or at   customerservice@harneyteas.com.

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. (We offer free shipping on US orders of $59+ therefore, we cannot offer return shipping labels unless it is a qualified quality control issue.)

• If your order is within the 30-day return window and the tea you're returning has been opened, we would be happy to issue you a store credit. 
• If you experience a quality control issue with your tea, and it's been more than 30 days since you've purchased it, please contact us and we would be happy to issue you a store credit. 
• If you are returning a non-food item, it must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. *Some quality exceptions apply
• If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order once you've returned your gift. 
• For a faster return process, please include a copy of your packing slip with a note stating why it was returned and if you want a replacement or credit.

Please include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and reason for the return in the package.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $5.50 reshipment fee.

If the package is refused by the recipient there will be a $6.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
