St. Patrick’s Day Matcha Tea Cocktail

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, we wanted to create a tea cocktail that would wow party guests. We reached out to our girl Stacie ofGarden Cocktails to help us develop one of our most uniquecocktail recipes to date, the Emerald Isle Sour. Read on to learn how you can make an Emerald Isle Sour at home.

What You’ll Need
  • 2oz Irish whiskey
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • .75oz simple syrup
  • ~1/2 teaspoonmatcha tea, more if you want!
How to Make Your Tea Cocktail
  1. Sift your matcha into a cup ormatcha bowl and whisk it into the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Once all ingredients are sifted together, add the cocktail to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain and serve on ice.
  4. Garnish with a clover or another green edible plant or herb!
