Raspberry Cotton Candy Matcha Latte
Made with our Supreme Matcha
Our friends whisked up something we had to share. A little playful, a little pink, and built on the clean, grassy sweetness of our Supreme Matcha. Consider it an invitation to make your Valentine's ritual your own.
Recipe ingredients
For the Glass
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate (vegan works beautifully)
- Heart-shaped sprinkles in pink, red, and white

- 1 tablespoon Harney & Sons Supreme Matcha
- ½ cup hot water, around 175°F
- Cotton candy, to sweeten
- 1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
Recipe steps
How to Whisk It
- Rim the glass. Melt the white chocolate, coat the rim, dip in sprinkles, and let set.
- Shape the cotton candy gently into a heart. Set aside.
- Whisk the matcha with the hot water until frothy and fully combined. Set aside.
- Spread the raspberry jam across the bottom of the glass.
- Add ice and crown the glass with your cotton candy heart.
- Slowly pour the cold milk over the cotton candy and let it melt together.
- Pour the matcha slowly over the top. Serve immediately.
A moment of everyday luxury, worth savoring slowly.

Harney & Sons Fine Teas
Supreme Matcha
An approachable Uji matcha for lattes, iced, or a first bowl
Description
Supreme is your first step into Uji, the traditional home of matcha. It comes from the same Uji-area gardens as our ceremonial Jobetsugi, picked in the second season, so the cup is lighter and more forgiving than a first-crop ceremonial. That makes it a natural first bowl, and an easy base for a latte, an iced matcha, or a smoothie. Stone-milled from Tencha to a fine, bright green powder, and priced so trying real Uji matcha is an easy decision.
