This tea is made from oolong plants grown outside of Changsha, Hunan Province. This new tea garden is experimenting with making non-traditional teas. This tea is made by oxidizing the leaves until they are all the way black. So, you have a light-bodied black tea with lovely fruit and floral notes most often found in oolongs from the Fujian Province.
