Thiele Silver reaches us through our German tea connection, close family friend Marcus Wulf. East Friesland, in Germany's far northwest, drinks more tea per person than anywhere else in the country, and this is the real, robust style that region is built around. It is a strong, full-bodied cup, bolder than Thiele Gold and made for the traditional East Friesian ritual of rock sugar and a slow pour of fresh cream. We are pleased to offer that same traditional rock sugar alongside it, the kind that graces so many cups in Bremen and beyond.
