Guide To Tea - 10 Year Anniversary

10 years ago, Penguin Press published "Harney & Sons Guide to Tea". I had worked on it for 2 years and it was a labor of love. It has stood the test of time (at least the last decade).

Back in the day, I worked (with assistance) to develop a comprehensive to explain the taste, science, and history of tea. Here is the original book outline from 2006. It used to be on the floor with many books atop of it, now we have it on a wall.
My father, John Harney, always emphasized how important it was for us to share our wealth of knowledge with our customers, and this book that my father wrote does just that. It is a delight to read and makes learning about teas and the origins exciting and memorable. I encourage everyone who has an interest in tea to discover this book.

One of the nicest results of the book is obtaining the teas described in the book from Harney and Sons directly
