I think they got it pretty well! I am unpredictable, and while my family love me dearly from 5 children to 12 grandchildren and so far 8 great grandchildren! So happy you have Scottish Morn ( since I am a proud Scot) However there may be some ( 3) who think I am a nut job for ordering and drinking so much tea,( hate is a strong word). Harny’s Tea have so many different kinds of tea, it it like my personality thing, many kinds of wonderful tea for every mood!!!. I need a non -caffine after watching the news.
You wont ever know just how much drinking one of your teas after my darling Rick passed away a year and a half ago, you got me through many nights, of just measuring out, heating my tea pot, pouring the water over the tea, waiting for it to brew. Putting just the right measure of honey (sometimes) milk (sometimes) and letting the memories of 44 years carry me. Thank you! Even though you didn’t know.
Thank you! being a customer for many years. Be sure you will continue being a loyal friend, even though you (until now) here for me!
I lift my cup!
God Bless you at Harney and Sons

Ok, I just picked any desert because how do you choose? Which is why I love a really good high tea! No choosing, except for which one to try first. I love them all. But you are right, I do love most black teas with Earl Grey in all the 8 types you guys have, ( I own 7), as numero uno on my list. Currently drinking and enjoying Black Queen. It’s amazing! Relaxed me to the point I went into meditation. No kidding. It somehow makes your mouth FEEL hydrated, without feeling just wet from tea and your brain definitely finds a peaceful place. Yet, it didn’t slow me down. Did my bills while sipping it. Never felt so good about bills! Still, my comfort, wake me up in the morning or pretty much anytime is Earl Grey.

I am not surprised that I am suited for oolong teas. You never know what you are going to get with me! There is not a tea that I can’t drink. Of course I have favorites and I don’t usually drink a lot of green tea, but I am going to have to try more oolong teas!

Ha! I think I must have answered incorrectly. The quiz said my Personali-tea is white tea but my favorite Harney teas are Victorian London Fog, Paris, and Hot Cinnamon Spice. Maybe it’s telling me that in need to try some white teas!

Well, the quiz got my teas wrong too. However, maybe I should go in the direction that quiz suggested. Maybe my real personali tea has been repressed all these years. I will drink more green teas. Thanks for all your comments

The only thing that was right is that I’m generally a calm person. Otherwise, I’m a creature of habit, drink blacks and greens, and detest sweetened/fruited teas and tisanes. I only drink medicinal herbals when necessary. So I think the quiz needs a bit of work.

Fun. Definitely more my personali-tea than my personality—picking me as my absolute favorite tea (to my delight!) even if the personality description doesn’t sound much like me. I don’t think “spontaneity” is a characteristic anyone has ever ascribed to me. However, if you take the “is hard work” and “complicated” and “doesn’t really fit into categories” (as in some range of partway between green and black) aspects, then you’ve hit my personality!

Pretty good analysis of my personality. As for the tea, I tend to be a black tea drinker. Your “Boston” is one of my favorites and is in my tea cabinet at all times. I panic if I have less than a pound on hand. But, I will give the oolong another go, one of the ones suggested, and we will see what happens. That said, I love your teas!

Your personality traits were close to being right but I don’t like sweet tea. I have not tried the Royal Wedding Tea but I have tried the Wedding tea and liked it. I haven’t tried the other two – White Vanilla Grapefruit and Venetian Tiramisu. My husband and I both are loving the fruit flavored iced black teas – Peach, Black Currant and Passionfruit. I also love the Decaf Vanilla Comoro. I enjoy your samples to try new teas. We are new to Harney & Sons teas and are having lots of fun taste testing. We have given several as gifts.

I definitely enjoy the herbal teas as well as other varieties! It just depends on my mood and the situation at the time. Fortunately, Harney & Sons has an extremely wide variety of every imaginable tea to be enjoyed hot or cold, sweetened or not, loose or in sachets.

Since I AM an artist and I do like looking at the art teas, the answer was right on even though the questions didn’t always have the options I would have chosen and I prefer actually drinking black teas to those flowering ones. That said, I thought this was amazingly accurate with respect to my personality!

My traits were spot on! It says I would most likely be a white tea person but I actually stick to Irish Breakfast. So, I’m going to give white tea another try but make it Harney’s this. Maybe it was the lesser quality tea I tried before. That was fun.

Yes! Spot on for me and Black Teas! My last order was Irish Breakfast, Darjeeling, and Queen Catherine. I’m fond of Paris as an afternoon treat, and London Fog is on my list to try with my next order! Malachi McCormick’s “Decent Cup of Tea” is also a beloved. The tea ritual in the morning, with loose tea, has guided me into my day for most of my life. No matter what the state of my own life or the world, my pot of tea and my first cup is something always right with the world.

Yes, my Personali-tea is indeed sweet white tea, and the white teas listed are exactly what I drink every day! However, the little write-up of sweet personality traits is pretty funny, and not me at all. Actually, I’m an introverted writer and not a sweetie-pie who brings cookies to work (and enjoys incredible job security—ha!). Clever idea and fun to do, though. Refreshing as the teas, in fact. Hope I win!

There were not enough options for the categories. My favorite dessert is chocolate cake, brownies, or chocolate cookies. I don’t remember seeing 2 other options that the people I know would choose: pie and fruit. Part of the tea is right. I like to travel and try new food when I can, but I am not into keeping up with the latest fashions.

It said my Personali-Tea was herbal. WRONG! Firstly, herbal tea isn’t tea. It’s a tisane. And I will never again buy from Harney and Sons for not knowing the difference! (Unless I win the 50.00 gift card…then I may consider it…heh.) In all seriousness, that was a fun idea for a contest and I place orders with Harney and Sons regularly and will continue to do so.

I love Harney & Sons teas. Especially the black teas with citrus or fruit flavors, like the Citrus Blend. Tower of London and Scottish Afternoon are perfect morning starts or the afternoon pick me up. However, this survey was way off! I have tried the white teas and they just are not for me. Interesting survey, but needs a little more work.

Right traits, wrong tea. My favorite type is black loose leaf, but your Oolong still life photo is gorgeous.

I have a substantial collection of Harney & Sons teas and I enjoy all of them. They’re always highly recommended to friends and online.

However, no one has replied to my inquiries about black teas. New tropical and fruit flavor blends are needed. Unlike other tea companies, Harney had nothing new and enticing for spring and summer 2019.

I’d love to have some black loose leaf teas with natural flavor blends using honeydew melon, guava, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, coconut, lime, vanilla, etc. ‘Caribe’ is good, but it’s very simple and showing its age.

The only thing you got right is that I am a consummate label reader. I wouldn’t drink any of the teas you recommend for me. Most of the questions didn’t have correct answers for me. I don’t even like animals, much less have a spirit one. There were no chocolate desserts. My favorite Harney teas are chocolate and vanilla; and chamomile for night time. I love Harney tea and have been a customer for about 3 years. You just didn’t read me right, but I don’t care. I only drink Harney teas. I wish you would make a salted caramel black tea to mix with the chocolate, as well as a salted caramel with no caffeine to mix with Chamomile in the evening.

I think your quiz is wrong too. My favorite Harney & Sons tea is Apricot. My ideal Saturday is waking up making a LARGE mug of tea and having a homemade muffin. I have a suggestion. How about offering a choice of a free sample with orders. There are several I’d like to try but I don’t really want to spend $3 on something I might not like. Thanks for listening!

They didn’t have my choices for most or all of them. Like Saturday morning is the same as every morning – a slow sipping of Irish Breakfast and a pastry. Favorite date (I don’t date anymore) would be a movie, or dinner out. Favorite spirit animal is a koala. So my type, which says I’m all over is actually the opposite – creature of habit, and I drink mostly all black teas, with a few oolongs and whites. I did a bad job of choosing alternate things on the questions! But it was fun. I used to be more like the person described when I was young. :-)
