 Details: Decaf Assam comes from a good garden in Assam, India. Almost all of the caffeine is removed at the decaf factory. There is a flavor reduction in this process. What remains is a good decaffeinated black tea.
 Dry Leaves: Dark brown leaves with a grayish cast.
 Liquor: Light brown.
 Aroma: Light and subtle aromas of roasted honey and malt.
 Flavors: Pale flavors of roasted malt.
