Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined or applied to previous orders.  Promotional discounts cannot be used in tandem with loyalty rewards discounts. Discounts cannot be used for gift cards unless specifically marked.

We have Factory Tours available by appointment only from the beginning of March through the end of September. We are open for tours Tuesday-Wednesday 9-4pm and Thursday 9-1pm EST. Our tours typically require going up and down stairs because our production departments are split between two levels. If for whatever reason you are not able to climb stairs, we will arrange a first level tour of the Factory.

Please note: Due to our Safety Policy, no one under the age of 12 years old is allowed on the production floor. All jewelry will need to be removed upon arrival, and closed-toed shoes are required. All individuals will be provided with a hairnet."

Allergens & Sugar Content

All of our teas have no sugar added to them. There are a few teas that contain crystallized fruit in them.

Our teas are certified gluten-free unless otherwise noted.

Final Sale Products

Final sale products are non-returnable.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be used for gift cards unless specifically marked. Coupons exclude custom gift wrap, mystery bundles, gift cards and subscriptions unless otherwise noted. Only one coupon may be applied per order. Gift with purchase offers do not apply to in-app or phone purchases.

Unfortunately we can't edit orders to apply discount codes to orders that already have been placed. 

Rewards

Store credit earned through our loyalty program expires 24 months after earning.
