This is from our friends at Tiger Mountain in Hunan, China. When we purchased this tea earlier this year, we had not yet made it to the remote Tiger Mountain but were fortunate enough to visit it when we traveled to Hunan in May 2024. This early spring tea is full of amino acids that give it mouth-filling umami and some sweetness. The tea is straightened out by a special machine. Very delicious!
