This unique chai blend, inspired by the recipe in Heartland Masala by Jyoti and Auyon Mukharji, pairs CTC Assam tea with an assertive blend of ginger, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, clove, and black pepper. Jyoti and Auyon strongly recommend adding milk and sugar to taste.
