On our last trip to Wuyishan, we stopped by and saw our old friends Mr. and Mrs. Chao. Over the years we have bought their teas and have seen them prosper. Now, the tea factory has become much larger. This is because of the commitment to great oolongs. They are called rock oolongs because of the craggy Wuyi Mountains in which they grow.
This tea’s aroma is supposed to be able to be appreciated 1,000 miles away. It has been roasted much less than a dark Da Hong Pao, so the ketone flavors of melted butter are there for your enjoyment. Who does not want butter on their popcorn?
Ingredients: Oolong tea.
