 Details: Mike Harney ran the White Hart Inn in Salisbury, Connecticut, for almost 25 years, where holidays in the fall were very busy. It was during that time that Mike fell in love with the tart taste of cranberries, and that is why he loves to make blends that incorporate cranberries.
