Details:This special sencha is made by Koudai Hata in the Wazuka Valley (just like Matsuda's Sencha). He is considered to be a young genius tea farmer. In fact, his name in Japanese means "Vast Field."
Dry Leaves:The leaves are small but more complete than most senchas. That is because this award-winning tea was made from young leaves that have been handpicked (very rare in Japan).
Liquor:Being made from young leaves that have been hand-picked, the liquor is pale green.
Aroma:This sencha is more delicate and subtle than most. The vegetal notes are lighter and more haunting.
