It's Back! Harney Happy Hour

Nothing says summertime like iced tea, so we’ve taken it up a notch with iced tea cocktails. Harney Happy Hour is back just in time to see you through the end of summer.

Some of you may remember our Harney Happy Hour campaign we introduced last summer. If you missed it, or if you didn’t miss it but meant to snag the recipes for your own but forgot, you’re in luck! Our cool, frui-tea and oh so delish iced tea cocktails are back!

So bring the heat, Summer, we got this. Six refreshing, perfect for chillin’ by the pool and grillin’ like a fool tea-inspired cocktails. Give one, two or all six a try and let us know what you think in the comment section. Peach St. Clair

One of our favorite things about summer, besides drinking iced tea, is all the fresh fruit available. We partnered with a mixologist to create this iced tea cocktail using Peach Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and… wait for it… peaches.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 oz  Peach Fresh Brewed Iced Tea
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  •  ½ oz elderflower liqueur (substitute Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  •  1 bar spoon peach preserves
  • 3 basil leaves 

How to Make a Peach St. Clair

  1.  Instead of following the brewing directions on the back of the tin, steep your tea in 2 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Add peach preserves and basil leaves to your shaking tin. Muddle.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and ice to tin and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with basil leaves and a lemon slice.
  5. Crank up the  Peach St. Clair Vibes playlist.

Iced Raspberry Tea Collins

This recipe is the perfect warm-weather cocktail. Our  Raspberry Herbal Iced Tea pairs brilliantly with the tart lemon flavor to create a refreshing beverage that is begging to be drunk poolside or, frankly, just about anywhere hot.

What You’ll Need

 How to Make an Iced Raspberry Tea Collins

  1. Add all ingredients except tea and club soda to a shaking tin and then add ice.
  2. Shake well and strain over ice into a highball glass.
  3. Top with club soda and then tea.
  4. Garnish with berries.

Blood Orange Rum Punch

We see your Tequila Sunrise and raise you a Blood Orange Rum Punch. Made with fresh blood orange juice, rum and our  Blood Orange Fresh Brew Iced Tea, this drink will make you want to get your reggae on, mon!

What You’ll Need

How to Make Blood Orange Rum Punch

  1. To a glass, add ice, juice, rum and  Blood Orange Fresh Brew Iced Tea.
  2. Add white sugar and sweeten to taste (optional).
  3. Stir well and garnish with blood orange slices and a few sprigs of thyme.
  4. Get your reggae on with  this laid-back playlist.

Blueberry Green Tea Mojito

Is there anything more refreshing than a mojito in the summer? We’ve put a twist on the classic recipe and added some of our delicious  Blueberry Green Fresh Brew Iced Tea for a truly unique summer cocktail.

What You’ll Need

How to Make a Blueberry Green Tea Mojito

  1. To a glass, add sugar, mint and rum. Muddle.
  2. Add ice, lime juice and  Blueberry Green Fresh Brew Iced Tea
  3. Stir well and garnish with blueberries and a few sprigs of the remaining mint.
  4. Chill out with the  Blueberry Mojito Mood playlist.

Pomegranate Oolong Mule

Made with fresh pomegranate juice, vodka and our  Pomegranate Oolong Iced Tea Pouches, this cocktail is one in a mule-ion! Invite your friends and family over (or anyone you get  oolong with) to enjoy this beverage with you.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz  Pomegranate Oolong Tea
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Mint sprigs (for garnish)

How to Make a Pomegranate Oolong Mule

  1. Fill your copper mug with ice cubes and pour in 2 oz vodka, 2 tbsp lime juice and 2 oz of  Pomegranate Oolong Tea.
  2. Top with a splash of pomegranate juice and ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime wedges, pomegranate seeds and mint sprigs.

Green Tea Margarita

Salt or no salt? That is the question. Our Green Tea Margarita is giving the classic marg a run for its money. Made with tequila, limoncello and our  Organic Green with Citrus & Ginkgo Fresh Brew Iced Tea, this cocktail is best when served with tacos, chips and a heaping bowl of guac.

What You’ll Need

How to Make a Green Tea Margarita

  1. Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a small plate. Invert the glass in the salt, rotating gently to “frost” the rim evenly. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice and combine remaining ingredients. Add more  Organic Green with Citrus & Ginkgo Fresh Brew Iced Tea if you are using a highball glass. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
