Starting a healthy new year? Looking for wellness products to support your New Year’s resolution? Our latest blog shares flavorful teas that can fit into any wellness routine, and transform health and wellness from lofty goals into everyday realities.

Mint

Though mint may be best known as a flavoring for mouthwash, chewing gum, and…well, mints… studies have shown that it may offer health benefits as well. For one thing, compounds in peppermint oil can ease digestion. Also, both spearmint and peppermint are high in antioxidants, which have the power to protect our bodies from cell damage caused by free radicals.

  • Peppermint Herbal – Besides having a refreshing flavor and a fresh aroma, this soothing organic tea can help calm an overly active stomach. It’s one of the few teas or tisanes made in the USA (Washington state, to be precise), and it’s caffeine-free (which makes it perfect for end-of-day relaxation).
  • Coconut Mint – This joyful experience blends spearmint leaves and coconut pieces with the zest of organic lemongrass and the warmth of ginger root. Loved by kids and adults, this sugar and caffeine-free concoction can be enjoyed at any hour of the day.
  • Spearmint Black – Naturally caffeinated for a gentle boost, this blend of full-bodied Chinese black tea and Washington State-grown spearmint leaves offers rich depth with an invigorating brightness.

Hemp

Hemp, like mint, is rich in antioxidants, and the non-psychoactive cannabidiol (CBD) and other bioactive compounds in hemp tea are thought to promote relaxation. While it’s been suggested that CBD may have other health benefits as well, the FDA has not yet evaluated those claims. All we can say officially is that it makes a great ingredient in our teas.

  • Hemp Avocado – Hemp leaves (from our brother company, The Hemp Division) and avocado leaves (from an avocado tree, natch) mix with coconut and with multiple herbs to create a fascinating, vitality-strengthening infusion. This caffeine-free blend features a hemp-forward aroma.
  • Hemp Leaves – Boasting a full hemp aroma and containing beneficial endocannabinoids, this caffeine-free tea is made with nutrient-dense hemp leaves grown in Millerton, NY (and carefully cultivated by The Hemp Division).
  • Hemp Moringa – Inspired by traditional Ayurvedic beverages, this caffeine-free blend of hemp, moringa, holy basil, turmeric, goji berries, and coconut encourages drinkers to unwind and enjoy a deeper sleep through botanical wellness. Like the other hemp teas shown above, Hemp Moringa features a bold, earthy hemp aroma.

Ginger

Beyond ginger’s delicious taste (we will NEVER get tired of ginger snaps), the root supports digestion and contains natural compounds that can help support your immune system through their antioxidant (and possibly, anti-inflammatory) properties.

  • Ginger Liquorice – In this no-fuss infusion, spicy, fair-bodied ginger plays against liquorice’s sweet, soothing notes to create a simple, elegant, caffeine-free brew: one that’s perfect for a post-lunch (or post-workday) cleanser.
  • Organic Ginger Lemon – Caffeine-free and filled with warming flavors, this understated tea combines the spicy and sweet notes of ginger and ginger root with a bright twist of lemon to create a simple but full body that’s easy to enjoy.
  • Organic Ginger Turmeric – A blend of ginger and turmeric roots, complemented by apple, beetroot, and lemongrass stalks. Tranquil yet rejuvenating, this ruby-red, caffeine-free brew makes a perfect evening cup.

Yerba Mate

A traditional South American herbal tea, Yerba Mate (rhymes with “share the latte,” kind of), has recently been gaining popularity worldwide. Besides including compounds (such as caffeine and theobromine) that act as stimulants, the drink contains antioxidants that can help lower the risk of developing chronic diseases.

  • Yerba Mate – After finding that Yerba Mate kept them alert, the indigenous people of South America made a tradition of drinking this herbal concoction. Later, Argentinian Gauchos did the same. Now, it’s your turn. This dark green, caffeinated beverage offers a sharp aroma, with vegetal notes reminiscent of peppers.
  • Yerba Mate Mint – Caffeine-free mint blended with caffeinated Yerba Mate can add a bit of punch to any day. A recent review from a customer named Katrina compliments this tea’s “amazing” smell and calls it “perfect for sipping while working” (an opinion our shops’ staff can confirm).
  • Guayusa – Like Yerba Mate, this naturally caffeinated herbal tea has a rich heritage. Besides drinking Guayusa to increase their alertness, people in Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia have traditionally used the antioxidant-rich beverage as a stomach tonic.

Chamomile
Chamomile has long been used as a traditional remedy for anxiety and unsettled stomachs. Those of you who have read Beatrix Potter’s book Peter Rabbit may recall Peter’s mother giving him chamomile tea to settle his stomach (and if it’s good enough for him, it’s good enough for us).

  • Chamomile – Using chamomile flowers imported from Egypt, this light-bodied, caffeine-free herbal tea is perfect for winding down after a hectic afternoon at the office (or relaxing at home, at the end of your day).
  • Honey Chamomile – Caffeine-free and sugar-free, this blend is perfect for kids or adults. Delicately flavored with organic honey, our soothing infusion mixes chamomile flowers and apple pieces with grounding ashwagandha root and lemon balm, creating a sweet, comforting sip that’s right for any moment.
  • Botanical Blend – Made with chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, cut spearmint leaves, and nutmeg, this delightful caffeine-free mixture of wellness ingredients creates a light-bodied brew designed to relax your mind and help you sleep better.

Cinnamon
Yet another delicious tea ingredient that’s loaded with antioxidants, cinnamon also helps lower blood sugar levels. Its other benefits are currently being studied…but in theory, they could include everything from the ability to support heart health to the ability to protect the body against cancer.

  • Herbal Hot Cinnamon Spice – To cater to customers avoiding caffeine, we started with Hot Cinnamon Spice (our most popular tea), then replaced its black tea with African organic rooibos. The result is a delicious, aromatic, and caffeine-free herbal tisane that includes three different kinds of cinnamon, as well as cloves and orange peel.
  • Spiced Plum Herbal – One of our oldest herbal blends, this caffeine-free infusion is heartier than most herbals, with a presence that will surprise you. Rich with dark, fruity plum flavors and the spice of cinnamon, this brew uses a mix of finely cut hibiscus leaves (and offers a pleasant light red color).
  • Thai Rooibos – This earthy blend of caffeine-free herbs and spices combines Rooibos leaves with the spices of Thailand: cinnamon, ginger, coconut, and lemongrass. Exotic, fruity flavors, a light orange-brown color, and the smells of citrus, coconut, and ginger combine to make this drink a rewarding, multi-sensory experience.

Chaga Mushroom

Chaga mushrooms are a type of fungus that are becoming known for their (here it comes again) high antioxidant content, plus other potential benefits that may include immune support, inflammation reduction, and the lowering of blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

  • Chaga Mushroom – Wild-grown Canadian Chaga mushrooms are the base of this calming, caffeine-free herbal infusion. This dark, seriously earthy-tasting brew is prepared by whisking together one teaspoon of powder with eight ounces of boiling (212° F) water to create a suspension.
  • Organic Chaga Chai – One of our most recent wellness botanicals, Organic Chaga Chai begins with the strong, earthy flavor of Canadian Chaga mushrooms, then adds potent spices to create a glowing sensation of warmth. Try this caffeine-free drink with your favorite milk (or alternative milk product) and a bit of honey
  • Chaga Ashwagandha – For centuries, Chaga mushrooms have been used in supplements to provide rich antioxidants and naturally boost immunity. By blending earthy-tasting Canadian Chaga mushrooms with other powerful adaptogens like Ashwagandha root, we’ve crafted a new, caffeine-free herbal infusion that’s perfect for a moment of self-care.

As you head into 2026, we hope our teas will become your steady companions. Whether they’re offering a dash of calm or a spark of energy, our wellness products can support your plans for a healthier lifestyle…and help you make the days ahead your brightest, most balanced ones yet.
