We visited a newly acquired estate today by a group called Tea Promoters International, a group that makes some of our most favorite Darjeelings. They've built a brand new processing facility and are producing some very nice orthodox Assam teas.
The weather this season has favored second flush production. The season is a bit shorter than we are used to however, the tea is full of flavor! We took a great stroll through their garden, which is organic and lush. Stay tuned in the coming months for this year's Assams.

I’ve been a fan and customer of Harney & Sons for many years. I keep trying different dark teas. CTC ASSAM is what I am drinking now and I really enjoy it. My other favs are IRISH Breakfast, HOA blend and Earl Grey. I supposed you could call me a REAL tea drinker, as I am 82 and have been drinking black teas since age 5. Thanks, HARNEY.
